Key Responsibilities

1. Debt Collection

• Make regular follow-ups with customers through phone calls, SMS, or physical visits to collect overdue payments.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets are achieved.

2. Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications.
• Submit daily and weekly collection reports to the supervisor.

3. Negotiation & Settlement

• Discuss payment plans or settlement options with debtors within company policies.
• Ensure all agreements and settlements are properly documented and approved.

4. Customer Service

• Respond to customer questions or concerns about outstanding dues.
• Maintain professional behavior, even with difficult clients.

5. Compliance

• Follow legal regulations and bank policies during the collection process.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and payment information.
