Key Responsibilities

Agent Support & Onboarding

• Collect agent profiles and help answer their questions
• Work with bank branches to onboard new agents

Product Promotion

• Promote agent banking products and services
• Educate channel partners and agents about banking services

Monitoring & Supervision

• Monitor agent performance and budget targets
• Ensure compliance and agent network health checks

Complaint Handling

• Track channel complaints
• Coordinate with the product management team to solve issues

Training & Team Coordination

• Work with regional teams to onboard and train new agent team members
• Ensure visibility of Agent Banking promotional materials (POSM)

Operations & Compliance

• Handle and escalate operational issues and queries
• Follow regulatory guidelines
• Ensure smooth business operations and transitions
