Job Summary

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience preferred
  • Experience in Banks or Call Centers is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

  • Age between 24–30 years
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali
  • Basic computer knowledge, especially:
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint
    • Other software packages
  • Analytical skills

  • Must be innovative, creative, and able to handle challenges

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and resolve issues
  • Provide or escalate solutions when necessary
  • Follow up with customers when needed

Communication

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Make outgoing calls when required
  • Respond to customer emails

Processing Requests

  • Process forms, orders, and applications requested by customers

Customer Relationship

  • Respond to customers efficiently and accurately
  • Explain possible solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with customers

Sales Support

  • Assist the consumer banking team by generating sales leads
