Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Achieve individual and team monthly business targets
• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients

Client Communication

• Maintain regular and professional communication with clients
• Handle client complaints properly

Documentation & MIS

• Maintain proper MIS reports and documentation
• Collect necessary client documents and verify them in person
• Ensure error-free loan documentation, applications, and instructions

Coordination

• Communicate with other departments and bank branches if documents are missing
• Ensure quick processing of credit proposals

Compliance

• Ensure all operations follow bank rules, regulations, and directives
