Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and resolve issues
- Provide or escalate solutions when necessary
- Follow up with customers when needed
Communication
- Answer incoming calls
- Make outgoing calls when required
- Respond to customer emails
Processing Requests
- Process forms, orders, and applications requested by customers
Customer Relationship
- Respond to customers efficiently and accurately
- Explain possible solutions
- Build long-term relationships with customers
Sales Support
- Assist the consumer banking team by generating sales leads
